The ability to let go is an essential part of living a joyful life! This is my friend Jonathan and I have painted him engaged in the act of letting go of a beautiful koi to free in the world, because I wanted to talk about how important it is not to hold on to people, places or things too tightly.

We can squeeze the joy out of what we want and what we have denying what could be if we hang on too tightly to how we “think” things should be.
